I was originally slated to photograph Katharine and Matt's wedding in 2020, but COVID delayed their wedding, and they opted to have an intimate elopement instead. While they initially planned to celebrate their wedding with their favorite people in 2021, COVID concerns held them back from doing so and they ultimately cancelled their larger reception. However, Matt and Katharine asked if I would still photograph the two of them, along with their son, Ethan, and while it wasn't the original plan, it was still wonderful to meet them and meet their babe, who was happily smiling and scooting his way all over the beach.
