Kate & Kyle’s Cape Elizabeth Engagement Portraits

Halfway through our session at Kettle Cove in Cape Elizabeth, when Kate casually said, “we’ll get into the ocean if you want us to,” I felt sincerely lucky Kate and Kyle had booked me for their engagement session (and their upcoming wedding at The Barn at Flanagan Farm).  These two were down for a bit of adventure- whether it was running, or walking into the not exactly warm ocean, these two were willing to make it happen, and I loved them for it because sometimes taking a little risk results in some awesome rewards!

After watching the sunset at Kettle Cove, we stole away for a few drinks in Portland, where I didn’t want to leave their warm, friendly company.  It’s unlikely I’ll see them again until their wedding, as the pair live in New York state, so.. Kate and Kyle!  I miss you- can’t wait to be reunited with you at your wedding next year!
