A • I am a creative documentary wedding photographer. My goal is to provide you with photography that is not only stunning, but also carefully and evocatively tells your story of your long-awaited wedding day. When possible, I create these photos without interfering, as I want your photos to be an authentic representation of your wedding experience. I do, however, direct family portraits and couples portraits so that everyone involved looks fabulous. I provide a mix of color and black and white photos—these color treatments are determined based on what I believe looks and works best for each image.
A • I am located in Bangor, Maine. And yes, I do! Although many of my weddings are in midcoast and southern Maine, I do book weddings elsewhere and I’d love to travel to wherever you would like to take me.
A • My top tier collections include a second photographer. 99% of the time that photographer is Tammie, my mom (yes, my mom!) and second photographer since 2013. She typically captures the groom getting ready, alternate angles of the ceremony and the reception, the reception details, cocktail hour (when time allows) and will assist me when needed.
A • I offer albums, canvas gallery wraps, and prints.
A • Yes! I love photographing elopements, especially in Acadia National Park (but take me anywhere)! Contact me for availability and pricing info.
A • In order to ensure that your photos are carefully chosen and edited beautifully, expect your images to be ready in eight to ten weeks.
The number of photos that you will receive will depend on a myriad of factors- the length of your coverage, if a second photographer is included in your collection, and the general nature of your wedding day. My goal is not to provide a specific number of photos, but rather to capture the spirit and story of your wedding day. For most weddings with 8 hours of coverage and 2 photographer, you can usually expect to see a minimum of 600 photos, which is more than one photo a minute!
A • Wedding coverage begins at $4400 plus tax. All collections include high resolution images, a print license, and an online gallery. On average, couples spend $5700-$7100 on their photography collection. Please contact me so that I can send you information about my collections and the products that I offer!
A • High five- I’m glad that we’re a match! Once you’ve decided on the collection you would like, I will draft up a contract and send it to you electronically. Once you’ve signed the contract and have paid the retainer, you'll have booked me for your wedding date! Now relax— that’s one less thing you need to worry about!
