Jillian and Brian’s Auburn Maine Wedding

Maine weather is unpredictable, and although the cloudy skies were perfect for Jillian and Brian's first look at the iconic Portland Head Light at Fort Williams Park, winds gusted over twenty miles per hour. The fierce winds didn't stop Jillian, however, as all that mattered to her was seeing Brian, and it was a special, emotional moment complete with Jillian's hair flying back rather picturesquely. The entire day was filled with emotion, and the pair, along with their friends and family, laughed and cried freely throughout the entire day, making it a lot of fun to capture. One of my favorite moments was when I realized that Jillian and Brian's had chosen their recessional song, Natalie Cole's This Will Be (An Everlasting Love) because the pair had met on Match.com. I was definitely giggling about it behind my camera!

After getting ready at the Westin and sharing their first look at the Portland Head Light, Jillian and Brian traveled via limo to the Martindale Country Club, where their ceremony and reception took place. Although their reception was lots of fun, I especially enjoyed the speeches (more laughter and tears!) and the fireworks display they surprised their guests with. It was chilly out, but standing outside, watching the beautiful display was definitely magical.
