Shooting Sara and Arthur’s Camp Mataponi wedding on Lake Sebago was awesome. It was filled with amazing DIY touches that Sara spent an entire summer on, a rustic location that had a bit of nostalgia in the way that always seems to exist inherently in summer camps, and also included the gorgeous Sara and Arthur. The two of them had always wanted wedding photos on the coast, so they decided to do a post wedding shoot in order to maximize their wedding photos. It’s the perfect reason to get back in your wedding dress and suit/tux– you can relive your wedding day and have lots of time to create perfect portraits while not feeling pressured to get back to your party!
We started at Moose Point State Park in Belfast, and then headed downtown, where we took a few last photos on the docks as the sun set. We were joined by my favorite low rider Pickle, only the cutest Corgi I’ve ever met. I especially loves how he gives high fives– my kind of dog!
Here are a few of my favorites from our session. And 2012 brides, you know you totally want to wear your wedding dress again. Get in touch with me :)
